The Service

MaatraCare provides tools to help families coordinate eldercare, including profiles, reminders, and emergency-contact notifications. Features vary by plan.

Not a Medical or Emergency Service

MaatraCare is a coordination tool, not a medical provider, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly. Automated notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as the sole means of obtaining emergency help.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.
• You must have the appropriate authority or consent to enter information about another person.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, billing cycles, and any refund terms are presented at the point of purchase.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keevaath LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
