How do I add an elder?
Go to Elders page and click "+ Add Elder". Fill in their details including medical history, emergency contacts, and care preferences.
Can I use MaatraCare across countries?
Yes! MaatraCare is designed for diaspora families. Your elder can be in India while you manage care from the USA, UK, UAE, or anywhere in the world.
How does Emergency SOS work?
One tap sends SOS alerts to all emergency contacts with GPS location. It also calls the nearest hospital ambulance. Works via SMS even without internet.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. MaatraCare uses AWS infrastructure with HIPAA-compliant data handling. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the Subscription page to upgrade from Free to Care Plus ($3.99/mo) or Care Premium ($5.99/mo). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
